Ordering Information:
All orders are processed
in the order that they are received. Current order processing time is 1-2
business days. After your order is shipped, arrival time will vary. UPS
shipping time varies between 1-5 business days depending on destination.
Payment Information:
We accept payments
in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Money
Orders and Checks. We do not ship orders COD; we do not offer credit terms or
Net 30 credit accounts. We are not responsible for delays in order
processing due to declined credit cards or waiting for PayPal checks to
clear. If your credit card is declined we will notify you as soon as
possible regarding the problem. Paypal orders will ship once payment clears
Paypal. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any
reason.
If paying with an eCheck through PayPal, your order
will not be shipped until the eCheck has cleared, which can sometimes take
4-5 business days. If you want your order to be shipped ASAP, please remit
funds via credit card, instant transfer, or from your PayPal balance.
All checks are verified through Check Pro, $30.00
minimum service charge will be added to all returned checks. This establishment
will seek civil damages pursuant to Iowa Code Section 554.3513 upon dishonor of
any check.

and information is kept strictly confidential. When you place an order with
us, you are automatically added to our newsletter for updates and coupon
discount notices, which you can unsubscribe from at any time if you wish.
Otherwise your email is only used by us for order confirmation and contact purposes.
USAGE BY MINORS
ExpressionsInLace.com cannot prohibit minors from
visiting this site. We must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible
for supervising minors to decide which materials are appropriate for such
children to view. ExpressionsInLace.com requires that all purchases be made
by an adult. EACH TIME YOU PURCHASE A PRODUCT AT EXPRESSIONSINLACE.COM, YOU
ARE REPRESENTING TO US THAT YOU ARE AN ADULT.
Our No Hassle Return Policy:
1. Obtain a Return Authorization by email. 2. Mail the item back with all
original tags on the garment,in its original packaging. 3. Your credit card
will be credited within 30 days or less from the day we receive the package
back to us!
We do not accept
returns on: COSTUMES, LATEX CLOTHING, BODY JEWELRY, HOSIERY/BODYSUITS,
PANTIES/THONGS, HOT PANTS OF ANY KIND, MENS UNDERWEAR, BRA/PANTY SETS, CHAIN
MAIL CLOTHING, WIGS, TEDDIES & CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE. Health regulations
require us to maintain these policies.
You must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION via email within 7 days of
delivery to obtain full credit or exchange. The customer pays for return
shipping unless Expressions In Lace mailed the wrong item or the
item has an obvious defect.
We will REFUSE unauthorized returns! All items must be
clean and unworn with all tags attached. All pre-packaged items must be
returned in original packaging.
For health reasons, panties/thongs/g strings attached to lingerie
should NOT be tried on unless you intend to keep the garment. *Please
remember to wear a liner when trying on an outfit that has a panty bottom.*
If returned item has been worn or damaged no refund will be given. We may
give a partial refund, or send the garments back to you. There will be a 15%
Restocking Fee on all returned items. Please email or call for additional
information.
Items must be received within 30 days once return authorization
has been obtained, NO EXCEPTIONS. We will credit your card or issue a
store credit within 30 Days of receipt of package back to us.
All changes, additions or cancellations to
orders must be phoned in. Do not email changes or cancellations because we
cannot guarantee that we will receive the email. Any changes to an
order already packaged will be assessed a $5 handling fee. Any
cancellation of an order that has already been shipped will be charged a 20%
restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded
